A 1948 HRG 1100cc 
HRG made only 241 cars ever. This one is chassis no. S93
It competed in the 1948 Alpine rally with a team of other HRGs. They won a Coupes des Alpes. It also took part in 1947 but had to withdraw due to brake problems. 
The current owner bought it around 50 years ago when it was grey. It was then painted red and now it’s a beautiful Brunswick green! I really enjoyed dipping into a big splodge of Viridian green to paint it.
